United Nations Concert - Music Kitchen Featured This Weekend, 6 April, 7 PM, NYC

In case you will be in New York City, Music Kitchen will also be featured on the United Nations Concert benefiting the homeless, in partnership with the New York City Department of Homeless Services.  Mayor Bill DeBlasio will speak and I will perform our very own "Forgotten Voices" song "Für Meinen Vater" by Jeff Scott, with Les Miserable actor/vocalist Tom Lowe and the UN Chamber Music Society! The New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS) is proud to present the UN CHAMBER MUSIC SOCIETY CONCERT FOR THE HOMELESS.  The event will be dedicated to people experiencing homelessness in the City of New York, and all funds will be directed to the DHS Homeless Trust Fund, whose mission is to prevent homelessness when possible; to provide temporary, emergency shelter when needed; and to help individuals and families transition rapidly into permanent housing.
