a part of history and join us as we present the very first public
chamber music performance in the JAI cabaret space at La Jolla Music
Society’s new performance venue, The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center. This not-to-be-missed event will feature principal players from the San Diego Symphony, as well as the internationally acclaimed string quartet Brooklyn Rider and clarinet virtuoso Kinan Azmeh, and will include works by Erwin Schulhoff, Huang Ruo, Caroline Shaw and the world premiere of a clarinet quintet by violinist Colin Jacobsen, co-commissioned by Art of Elan and the La Jolla Music Society.
