Dr. Quinton I. Morris is a violinist and Assistant Professor of Music at Seattle University. He is also Founder/Artistic Director of The Young Eight String Octet, which has performed nationally. The concerts of Dr. Morris have appeared in AfriClassical frequently. This time he presents the Sonata No. 3 in G Minor of Le Chevalier de Saint-Georges (1745-1799), the Sonata for Violin and Piano of William Grant Still (1895-1978) and music by himself:
