Composers Sought For Multicultural And Multi-Artistic Opera

Giorgia Ragni <giorgiaragni@libero.it> is an Italian soprano who has left comments to AfriClassical posts on two Nigerian composers: “I am Giorgia Ragni: Vice President of the ModulArt association. With this letter I would love to invite you to participate as a composer to the modular concert called Zoo held at the Miami Fairchild garden, the botanical jewel most well known in all Florida (U.s.a.) which has invited, in the past years, artists as Botero, Chuhuly, Lichtenstein and so on. The mighty Fairchild garden event comprehends four concerts that will take place in the month of March 2009. To know more about Modular art and about its inventor: Stefano Vagnini please, visit the following website: http://www.artemodulare.com if you then click on the word 'presentazione' you will find the English version. The participation is completely free and it consists of composing a module above other modules written by other composers from all over the world. Let me know if you are interested in this multi-cultural and multi-artistic Opera, and I will send you the original module, over which you can compose yours. Thank you in advance for the attention, waiting to receive your answer, in the meanwhile I send you best regards.” http://www.myspace.com/zooatfairchildgarden http://www.myspace.com/stefanovagnini Giorgia Ragni, ModulArt association, Via Tomassini, 31, 61032 Fano (Italy) E-mail: vagnini@libero.it [Audio examples of J.S.
