Dr. Eric Conway of Morgan State University writes:
Hello everyone,
Once again, the Morgan State
Univeristy Fine and Performing Arts department presents another stellar
production - Ntozake Shange's for colored girls who have considered suicide/when the rainbow is enuf. The
department is still celebrating ten years in the new Murphy Fine Arts
Center with productions that are more extraordinary in scope than
normal. In that regard, we are indeed fortunate to have Trezana
Beverley, tony-award winner of the original Broadway production, direct
this play. The dates of the production are October 26-28 and November
1-4. I believe that this production is well worth your time. Tickets
can be purchased at the Murphy Fine Arts Center Box office and
Ticketmaster. See attached flyer with dates and times of each show. Hope
to see you at Murphy's Turpin-Lamb Theatre for our production!
