DC Chapter of NANM Presents Organist Mickey Thomas Terry Sunday, November 11, 4pm including works of Mark Fax & Undine Smith Moore

The Ben Holt Memorial (District of Columbia) Chapter of the National Association of Negro Musicians (NANM) will present a recital featuring Organist Mickey Thomas Terry on Sunday, November 11th at 4pm.  

The recital will be held at historic St. Patrick's Catholic Church, located at 10th and G Streets, NW (behind the Martin Luther King Library).  Performed will be works by Bach, Frescobaldi, Vierne, Tournemire, and Dupre.  

The program will feature works by two African-American composers: Mark Fax and Undine Smith Moore, both whom are represented in Dr. Terry's critically acclaimed "Anthology of African-American Organ Music" (published by MorningStar Music Publishers).  Admission is free to the public.
