- Audience will delight in the piano music of William Chapman Nyaho,
who will perform at the Omak Performing Arts Center Friday, April 14 at 7
p.m. A unique cultural experience is guaranteed as this prize-wining
pianist shares his African roots in an inspirational musical event. He
has performed in Africa, Europe, The Caribbean and North America.
Nyaho’s love of music is expressed through his insightful technique,
creating an exciting musical experience. Audiences leave concerts
stating , “We don’t often get the privilege of hearing such rhythmically

William Chapman Nyaho was born in Washington D.C. When he was only 10 months old his parents returned to their native Ghana where he grew up graduating from Ghana’s Achimota School. He studied piano with John Barham. He received his B. A. in Music from Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
