"WASHINGTON, D. C. - Now you can listen to the wonderful interviews with some of the nation's leading classical musicians live. Patrick D. McCoy recently launched a new blog radio station. Stay tuned for exciting conversations and interviews with your favorite examiner, who is rapidly becoming known as 'The African-American Voice in Classical Music.'

“A native of Petersburg, Virginia, Mr. McCoy is a graduate of Virginia State University where he earned the Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and the Master of Music in Church Music from Shenandoah Conservatory. He resides in the Metro D. C. area where he is active as a musician and has published reviews on Kathleen Battle, Morris Robinson and Derek Lee Ragin. Currently, he serves as Minister of Music at Takoma Park Baptist Church.”
