Announcing the Third Cohort of Sphinx LEADers

Congratulations to the 11 outstanding arts administrators selected to participate in the incoming cohort of our Sphinx LEAD program! Sphinx LEAD (Leaders in Excellence, Arts & Diversity) is a 2-year leadership program designed to evolve the industry landscape by empowering the next generation of executive leaders. Arts leaders of color are selected annually to participate in a curriculum including mentorship, networking, and leadership retreats at top institutions nationwide. Sphinx LEAD is made possible with underwriting support from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and the Fund II Foundation, with additional support provided by the Benard L. Maas Foundation.
