[Excerpt from article]"...an organ prelude begins at 7:10 p.m., featuring John Bailey of the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral on the Chapel’s Skinner organ playing rarely heard works of Nigerian master composer Fela Sowande.
”John
will also be playing three short French baroque intros in between our
selections to sort of cleanse the palate and link the concert together,”
Mr. Lloyd says. “This is not the type of concert that is readily
available every year, because of the repertoire and the size of the
combined choruses. The organ pieces will be of interest as they may not
be familiar to most people.”
