Sphinx LEAD (Leaders in Excellence, Arts & Diversity) is a 2-year leadership program designed to evolve the industry landscape by empowering the next generation of executive leaders. Each year, arts administrators seeking to advance their careers to executive-level placement are selected to participate in the curriculum that includes mentorship, networking, and leadership retreats at top arts institutions nationwide.
