CSO African American Network: Bridge Over Muddied Waters Friday Oct. 25

Dear Friends of the CSO's African American Network,
This Friday, October 25th at Symphony Center, the CSO’s African American Network hosts a performance of an original concert work created and performed by African American singer and educator Cynthia Clarey, award-winning concert pianist Beckie Menzie and percussionist Irwin Berkowitz. Through songs of pre- and post-World War II to the present, Ms. Clarey relives the culture of racism while exploring the hopefulness of change.
