“The Samuel Coleridge-Taylor Foundation has been set up as a Community Interest Company to celebrate and build upon the legacy of the life and work of Samuel Coleridge-Taylor (1875-1912), who is widely regarded as Britain’s greatest Black ‘classical’ composer.

“Collaborating to take forward the SCT legacy
The SCTF website is therefore designed to be a collaborative effort, where we welcome the input of everyone who shares our aims. There is scope on this website for people to contribute information and ideas about every aspect of Coleridge-Taylor’s contribution to our musical and civic / community lives.”
