Kresge Arts, Detroit, has announced its 2013 Kresge
Artist Fellows in the literary and visual arts. Each of the eighteen
fellows, who were determined by two panels that included performance
critic Claudia La Rocco and painter Eric Fischl, will receive an
unrestricted grant of $25,000. Established in 2008, the program seeks to
recognize individual artists living and working in the Detroit area.
