In celebration of Black History Month, The HISTORY® Channel has launched a special extension of its award-winning “Save Our History” campaign by spotlighting everyday heroes whose contributions have impacted our communities and helped shape Black history. Executive Producer Robin Roberts kicked off the campaign by sharing her personal story about her history hero—her father—who served during WWII as a Tuskegee Airman. Viewers are encouraged to upload a photo or video to Instagram or Twitter using #SaveOurHistory, @HISTORY or by visiting www.history.com/saveourhistory. The HISTORY Channel will help tell these stories and preserve this content for future generations.
