The NSBE 42nd Annual Convention will welcome the Governor of Massachusetts, Charlie Baker, during a press conference Thursday morning.  Governor Baker will welcome attendees (including NSBE's BCA companies, student leaders, strategic partners and other members of the press), with a prepared statement on the conference's theme, Engineering a Cultural Change.
