We do not have the 1947 recording Of New Horizons. But

AfriClassical is pleased to report that the complete 8-minute composition can be heard at the above link to a broadcast of the program Performance Today, which was then a production of National Public Radio. The orchestra is the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and it is conducted by Yoel Levi.
