immersive electroacoustic song cycle examining the complexities of
Black womanhood, featuring newly commissioned text by North Carolina
Poet Laureate Jaki Shelton Green. Black Being is a co-commission of The Arts Club of Chicago and Cincinnati Symphony. Save the date for the April 20 orchestral world premiere at Cincinnati Music Hall.
