Moses G. Hogan (1957-2003) 

 "Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts (FWAFA), home of the Texas Boys Choir, is a public arts charter school in Fort Worth, Texas.  The school serves grades 3 through 12 and emphasizes the arts combined with rigorous academics."

William Levi Dawson (1899-1990) was an African American composer, pianist and choir director.  He was a renowned choral director at Tuskegee Institute. 
 
Prof. Dominique-René de Lerma writes in his Works List for Dawson that Ezekiel Saw de Wheel (2:35) was arranged in 1942.

Moses George Hogan (1957-2003) was an African American composer who arranged Elijah Rock (3:21).
