[Celso Machado]
Celso Machado (b. 1953) is an Afro-Brazilian classical guitarist and composer who regularly takes his music to the world. He is profiled at AfriClassical.com and has a personal website, http://www.CelsoMachado.com He discusses the influence of the Baroque style on his compositions in an interview posted May 19, 2010: Celso Machado: '...my whole reason for writing music is that I know there are a lot of people who like the kind of music I write.'
