Heritage Signature Chorale of Washington, D.C. has a Go Fund Me campaign for a Carnegie Hall performance Monday, March 19, 2018

Dana M. Anderson writes:

Good Afternoon Mr. Zick,
The Heritage Signature Chorale is the only classically-trained chorus in the
Nation’s Capital that includes in its mission the preservation, at the highest possible level, of the African-American choral tradition.
We are committed to elevating the African-American singer and composer in all
musical genres; and to bringing a unique interpretation of classical music from America, Europe and other regions of the world.

Founded in 2000 by Artistic Director Stanley J. Thurston, HSC seeks to
enhance opportunities for a new generation of listeners to understand and
appreciate the historical legacy of this music through education and
performance.
We do so by providing venues for showcasing artists, composers, and
arrangers who share this commitment, thereby fostering community awareness
and appreciation of this important legacy.
Please advise how we can be a part of your promotional efforts. We believe our visions align with Africlassical’s missions and wish to commence collaborative efforts toward that goal.
Thank you.
