NOBLE Mourns the Passing of Robert T. Robinson

The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) is deeply saddened to inform you of the death of NOBLE Life Member and Former Region Five Vice President Robert T. Robinson.

Mr. Robert T. Robinson, age 75, transitioned from this life on Friday, April 8, 2022 in Baltimore, MD. He leaves to cherish his memories wife Carol Robinson.

In 1971, Robert Robinson began his career as an officer in the Baltimore Police Department and after three years moved to Washington, D.C., where he worked as Assistant Police Chief at Georgetown University for twelve years.

In approximately 1987, he returned to Maryland to become Chief of Police at Goucher College in Towson for three years.

In 1990, Robert Robinson became the Director of Public Safety at Southern Methodist University.

In 1993, Robert Robinson joined Syracuse University as the Associate Vice President of Public Safety retiring in 2001.

Funeral Arrangements:

A viewing for Mr. Robinson will be held on Tuesday, April 26th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD.

A homegoing service will be held on Wednesday, April 27th at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown where the family will receive friends from 10:00am until 10:30am with services to follow.
