ArCoNet invites you to participate!
The
ArCoNet Summer Boot Camp is an intensive 5 day program best suited
for high school, college/ semi-professional and professional string
players looking to enhance their practice and performing skills.
On our 10th bi-annual Boot Camp program, ArCoNet
assembles a group of outstanding teaching artists with extensive
careers in music performance and education. We are committed to working
with each student to help them accomplish their musical goals.
Our faculty and guest artists enjoy teaching and performing careers
with the Dali Quartet, the ArCoNet Programs, The Harrisburg
Symphony, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Curtis Institute of Music,
Temple University, the Annapolis Symphony among other esteemed
organizations.
Current
and past Boot Camp participants include international students from
Ecuador, Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela, students from Indiana
University, Rice University, the Curtis Institute of Music, Temple
University, the Cleveland Institute of Music, New England
Conservatory, and local and regional high school students.
Previous lessons and master classes provided by acclaimed
musicians including Ida Kavafian, Steve Tenenbom, Dara Morales, Doris
Lederer, Yumi Kendall, Joseph Conyers, Daniel Pereira, Naomi Gray, Kurt
Nikkanen, CJ Chang, and other recognized musicians.
