Dr. Sandra I. Noriega Conducts OPC Symphony 4 PM Sunday, August 4 in Music of William Grant Still & Others


The Oakland Public Conservatory of Music Symphony Orchestra
announces its Fourth Season under the director of Dr. Sandra I. Noriega.The OPC Symphony Orchestra offers Bay Area musicians the unique opportunity to perform the rarely heard works of African-American, and other ethnically under-represented composers, and standard repertoire.

Concert - Sunday, August 4th, at 4 PM. 
Lakeshore Avenue Baptist Church - Barnett Hall - 3534 Lakeshore Avenue, Oakland, CA 94610  
  
The music of William Grant Still, Rimsky Korsakov, Daniel Leo Simpson
    
Rehearsals Tuesdays  7:00 - 9:30 PM. 
in Ed Kelly Hall at OPC,1616 Franklin St.

All musicians are welcomed to join the orchestra.   
$50 registration fee for participation.
