I have published on You Tube a promotional outtake that presents the original version of Keep Me From Sinking Down from the Fisk Jubilee Songbook (1872), as filmed and recorded by our singers in the Metropolitan AME Church, Washington, on August 6, 2012, for our documentary, "Samuel Coleridge-Taylor and His Music in America, 1900 - 1912" -- the source of the melody used for SCT's 1912 version for violin and orchestra:
