Dear Bill- Thank you for posting the two links for Musa Ngqungwana in Africlassical.com
Attached is a clip of a young conductor who hasn't gained media placement stateside, but he is a sensation in Italy and was a guest conductor for the CSO Gospel Choir's 2015 Tribute to Dr. M.L. King  in Charleston, SC. You may be aware of the producing organization that hosts the Colour of Music Festival. I've been a development director and audience director for the 2013 & 2014 seasons.
Jason I. Rodgers is one of the success stories from the Wanamaker Middle School arts charter where I was artist-in-residence for 15 years and active in the extended family to help guide Jason's career goals. Recently, Jason premiered the Clarkson Civic Orchestra in Clarkson, GA in the spirit of giving back to younger audiences, keeping classical music alive.
Thank you for your interest and media space, if available.
Ty Collins
