You should also know about the program about Price on Great
Performances in a show called "Now Hear This." It aired Friday evening,
but it is also available on Amazon Prime and through PBS Video. It is
excellent. It's called "Florence Price and the Great Migration" and it
deals mainly with Price's childhood in Arkansas, her early career in
Chicago, and the folk and popular influences in her music.
Florence seems to be having quite a renaissance.
