NOBLE Chiefs lend their voices to rebuilding of community-police relations

It's been five years since the deaths of motorist Walter Scott of North Charleston and 25-year-old Freddie Gray of Baltimore. Both deaths led to a series of ongoing conversations related to race, use of force, inequality and the fractured relationships between minority communities and their local governments.

NOBLE National President Cerelyn "C.J." Davis, Commissioner Michael Harrison of the Baltimore Police Department and North Charleston Police Department Chief Reggie Burgess recently lent their voices to The Baltimore Sun to address policing efforts since the incidents, law enforcement accountability, and the need to build safer communities nationwide.
