Kelly Hall-Tompkins: Solo Appearances at Carnegie Hall, London and Lincoln Center

I am so excited for the next two weeks of concerts.  I will be co-soloist along with my former teacher, former New York Philharmonic Concertmaster Glenn Dicterow, with Leonard Slatkin conducting and Alec Baldwin hosting for the Manhattan School of Music Centennial Gala in Carnegie Hall this Wednesday April 17th.  (A few tickets may still be available, please contact me if you would like to attend.) We will perform the Vivaldi Violin Concerto in A minor for two violins, which we recently performed together for a Music Kitchen concert at the Midnight Mission in Los Angeles.  A few days later, I am glad to return to London for another performance with the Chineke! Orchestra, this time as soloist and concertmaster in Queen Elizabeth Hall.  We will perform the Errollyn Wallen Concerto Grosso with Michael Morgan conducting, to mark the first annual Stephen Lawrence Day in the U.K.  I am excited to bring my The Fiddler Expanding Tradition program to the Lincoln Center Library for the Performing Arts Series at Bruno Walter Auditorium.  I took a fascinating deep dive into the Fiddler on the Roof Archives and am working with their curator to present some unique items from the creation of our beloved Shtetl in tandem with my performance.  Tickets are free; please click here for more information on the NYPL concert and  click here to make a reservation.  And last, but not least, I am honored to be featured a second time by Harry Smith and NBC Sunday Today for my work in creating Music Kitchen-Food for the Soul.  The piece airs tomorrow at 8 am EST, please check your local listings for details.
Thank you as always for your interest in my career and I look forward to seeing you soon!
Warm Regards,
Kelly
