The
Tout-Monde Festival brings artistic, cultural and intellectual awareness around the
French Caribbean community in the U.S. The festival is organized by the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the USA, as well as the
France Florida Foundation for the Arts. Now in its second year in Miami,
Tout-Monde Festival will take place from March 13 - 17 at various
cultural institutions throughout the Magic City. The festival stands out
in a sea of commerce-driven initiatives, with all events
free and open to the public.
A few events highlights will include:

Yue#Sorority dance and installation on
climate change at Perez Art Museum Miami. Interviews available with creators: Myriam Soulanges (Guadeloupe), Anne Meyer (French Guiana) and Guy Gabon (Guadeloupe)
· Echo-Natures Cannibal
Desire Exhibition, a response to the powerful pulsions, longings and fantasies of a violence from another time, at
Little Haiti Cultural Complex. Interviews available with: Curators
Jean-Marc Hunt (Guadeloupe) and Marie Vickles (US), as well as visual artists
Gwladys Gambie (Martinique), Minia Biabiany (Guadeloupe), Pepe Mar (Cuba) and
Keisha Witherspoon (Florida-based artist and filmmaker)

Biosphere Performance,
mixing hip-hop, breakdance and contemporary dance at Little Haiti Cultural Complex.
