Opera Tales Tour provides FREE performance of opera tales for children at selected County Libraries. Bilbrew Library is a County Black Resource Center. Children attending were predominately African American and Mexican American. I have a long standing research friendship with Rose Mitchell in the Black Resource Center of the Library.
