Hello everyone,

Yes, it it is that time once again! The Morgan State University Choir will present our annual Spring concert on this coming Sunday, May 1st, 2016 at 4PM.  

We open the concert with a powerful piece by Aldolphus Hailstork entitled “Shout for Joy.”  We then sing several selections in various styles to close out the first half.   The choir will then sing excerpts from Porgy and Bess on the 2nd half, featuring as many as eleven different soloists from the choir.  Many were disappointed that our BSO Porgy and Bess production was sold out and many could not attend, however, now you can hear the Morgan choir sing this Gershwin favorite in our own Murphy Concert Hall.
