I wanted you and
your readers to know that on my WHPK-FM (Chicago) on Wednesday, Dec. 16
starting at 12 noon -3PM I will be playing the new Chandos recording of
Samuel Coleridge-Taylor's violin concerto. The work is performed by
violinist Tasmin Little with the BBC Philharmonic conducted by Sir Andrew
Davis.
Along
with the concerto will be the new Sir. John Eliot Gardiner recording of
the Bach Mass in B minor on his Soli Deo Gloria label.
The show can be heard locally on 88.5FM and livestream workldwide on www.whpk. org
