In this exciting Season Finale Concert, Ensemble du Monde and Music Director Marlon Daniel take you on a musical journey through France, without leaving New York City.

Featured performers are the dynamic Long Duo in Poulenc’s scintillating Concerto for Two Pianos and Saint-Saëns’ comic masterpiece Le Carnaval des Animaux (Carnival of the Animals).

Other works on the program include Maurice Ravel’s Le Tombeau de Couperin and the U.S. premiere of Le Génie Humain, a new work by prolific French Caribbean woman composer Dominique Le Gendre.
