John Malveaux: 'Artists of Korean ancestry made an immeasurable contribution to the 50th Anniversary MLK Jr. SYMPHONY of BROTHERHOOD Concert'

John Malveaux of www.MusicUNTOLD.com writes:

Artists of Korean ancestry made an immeasurable contribution to the 50th Anniversary MLK Jr. SYMPHONY of BROTHERHOOD Concert in Los Angeles and forthcoming audio/video recordings. Orchestras should focus on diversity and look for ways to become totally inclusive organizations. In a 1967 Cleveland speech Dr. King discouraged setting out to do a 'good Negro job' because "you have already flunked your matriculation exam for entrance into the university of integration. Set out to do a good job and do that job so well that nobody can do it any better."
