post the below links to the unreleased live recordings of Tai Murray
and The Orchestra of The Longfellow Chorus performing SC-T's Violin
Concerto on March 16, 2013, during The Longfellow Choral Festival in
Portland, Maine. Note that I transcribed all orchestra parts from the
original SC-T manuscript full score found in RCM library archives. Thus,
this is a unique recording in many ways. Note also that
African-American violin soloist (based in Berlin) Tai Murray is
performing her
violin solo part from memory. There is noone else in the world who
knows this piece as well as Tai Murray. I will release this eventually
in the DVD package of "Samuel Coleridge-Taylor and His Music in America,
1900–1912." These represent temporary links to the recordings. Please
