Patrick D. McCoy sends news of the memorial service for Royzell Dillard at Hampton University:

“The D. C. Performing Arts has learned that a memorial service for Royzell Dillard will be held next week. According to Hampton alum Ronald D. Johnson, Minister of Fine Arts at First Baptist Church-Highland Park, the service for Dillard will be held on Tuesday, November 22 at 12 Noon on the Hampton University campus.
“A bus will leave the Washington, D. C. area to attend the service for the beloved choir director, who died unexpectedly. The bus will leave Woodstream Church, located at 9800 Lottsford Road, Mitchellville, MD. Each seat is $20.00 and the bus will leave promptly at 8:00 a.m.”
