“Bruce Morton Wright is an Instructor of Fine Arts and the Music Director at Gannon University. Mr. Wright is the Director/Conductor of the Erie Chamber Orchestra, the successor to the Erie Bayfront Orchestra which he founded in 1978, Director/Conductor of the Erie Opera Theatre, the Conductor of the Erie Ballet Orchestra and Director of the Bemus Bay Pops Orchestra.” “He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from Gannon University and Mercyhurst College in 1969, Kapellmeister Degree from the Vienna Conservatory of Music in 1973, and his Master of Public Administration from Gannon University in 2000."

“The Erie Chamber Orchestra personnel consists of twenty-five to fifty-five professional musicians from the tri-state area who have been performing to enthusiastic and expanding audiences since the founding of the orchestra in 1978.” “The Orchestra is celebrating its 32nd Anniversary Season of bringing music to the entire Erie community.”
