Sodi Braide To Perform in Impulse Artists Series Sept. 13-17

The Nigerian pianist Sodi Braide is based in France, where he received his music education. He has released a CD of the works for piano of César Franck. Among many international awards, Sodi won a Jury Discretionary Award in the Twelfth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, held in the United States, May 20-June 5, 2005. He has performed widely around the world as a cultural representative of France. Sodi is about to make appearances in Texas as part of the Impulse Artists Series, whose Founder is the African American pianist Jade Simmons. He tells us his performance schedule will be as follows:
