Shayla L. Titley writes to Members of The Schomburg Society:

Our second installation of the Black Power! exhibition, Power in Print, is underway. I would like to extend a special invitation to you, as a Schomburg Society member, to preview the exhibition on Wednesday, May 17 from 11 AM to 6 PM, before it opens to the public.

This exhibition explores the art of the Black Power movement poster, showcasing a variety of aesthetics, styles, and messaging strategies.

No reservations are needed. Simply present this email invitation, which admits two. Remember to bring along your Schomburg Society membership card and enjoy 20% off your purchases in our new Gift Shop, located right next to the Latimer/Edison Gallery.

I hope you will be able to attend.

Warm regards,
Shayla L. Titley
