MusicUNTOLD scheduled the Free FREEDOM concert to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the END of CIVIL WAR & 13th Amendment ABOLISH SLAVERY on May 24, 2015 at Hall of Liberty-Hollywood Hills Forest Lawn. Forest Lawn sponsored their annual Memorial Day event on May 25, 2015. The first event leading to current Memorial Day was organized by former slaves to bury Union soldiers on May 1, 1865.
