Julio Racine (b. 1945) is a Haitian composer, arranger and flutist 
who is featured at

Jean "Rudy" Perrault is a Haitian performer, conductor and composer who is also Director of Orchestras and Professor of Violin/Viola at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD)

Sydney Guillaume is a Haitian American composer.  His website,, says:
