I trust you are enjoying the start of summer. As we begin preparing for yet another July 4th celebration, I am taking a moment to mark the 100th anniversary of the start of WWI. African American soldiers played a pivotal rile in this war and this war played a pivotal role in the lives of African Americans going forward.
