us as we honor the legacy and spirit of Martin Luther King, Jr. with
an Evening of Spirituals on Fri., Jan. 14 in Winifred Smith Hall at
8:00 p.m.
Countertenor DarrylTaylor and pianist Brent McMunn are joined by soprano/storyteller
Victoria Burnett and Moshe Molin on West African drum to celebrate
the rich cultural tradition of the spiritual, married to the exacting
work of the art song.
