Metamorphosis Description
Artist Aaron Dworkin explores the modern aesthetic in this compelling multimedia presentation of visual art, spoken word, and music. Metamorphosis offers a synthesis of poetry, classical music, and photography and sketches important moments of the artist's personal story, ranging from the perspective of a young boy visiting a concentration camp in Dachau, with the music of Barber's timeless Adagio, to his reflections on the recent loss of his mother through Picture Perfect. The program will also showcase a cappella selections authored by Dworkin, and the familiar sounds of Beethoven and Massenet in a new multisensory experience. A reception will follow the one-hour performance.

Take care everyone, and I look forward to any of your thoughts on the site and hopefully see you at the concert in Ann Arbor or New York!

Aaron
