Doors Open at 12:15 pm, Program: 12:30 to 3:00pm.

Featured Authors' Event
The Featured Authors' Event begins at 10:30 AM and will end at NOON, fifteen minutes before the luncheon doors open. Meet and greet authors who have published books surrounding the 2011 National Black History Theme: "African Americans and the Civil War" as well as other topics in Black History. Authors will be available to autograph books and will have books available for purchase.
