Aaron P. Dworkin, founder and president of the Sphinx Organization, shares his personal history related to music and diversity, and the work of Sphinx-the leading U.S. arts organization that focuses on youth development and diversity in classical music.

The acclaimed Sphinx Chamber Orchestra, composed of the top alumni of the national Sphinx
Competition for young black and Latino string players, will be joined by the Harlem Quartet, an ensemble of the first-place Laureates of the Sphinx Competition, and violin soloist Elena Urioste in concert, featuring music by Sibelius, Prokofiev, Dvorak and Strayhorn.
